REFUND, RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of receipt of your purchase for all unopened earrings. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Unless covered by our 12-month warranty. Please see our full warranty policy for more information.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Your item must be unopened and unused in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in the original packaging, including an unbroken hygiene seal.

- To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can also be your order confirmation email, so long as it includes your order number.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged unless unopened. If you need to exchange your earrings, please contact us via email at returns@amberandorange.co.uk or via our contact form. You will receive confirmation of where and how to return your earrings.

Please note that opened earrings cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless faulty.

 

Exempt Goods

- The following are exempt from refunds:

- Gift cards and vouchers

- Worn items of jewellery and earrings that have been unworn but the hygiene seal is broken. This is due to hygiene reasons.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable) to:

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

- Any decision to offer a partial refund will be confirmed in writing by email. Any decision to offer a partial refund will be final.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

- If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Postage Reimbursement

We will reimburse return postage costs up to the cost of 2nd class large letter with Royal Mail subject to the earrings being returned due to a fault covered under our warranty policy. The price of this can be confirmed by contacting us before returning your earrings to us. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs if you are returning your earrings due to a change of mind, or to exchange for a different style.

 

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to Amber & Orange without contacting us first. Failure to do this may result in a delay in your refund/exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you would like to ensure your return is most likely to be received by us, it is recommended to use a tracked and/or signed-for service. This will be at the expense of the buyer, and no further refund will be made for this upgraded service. No refund or exchange shall be made by Amber & Orange until your return has been received. Please retain your proof of purchase, should you need to claim for lost/damaged mail from your service provider.

 

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this refund, return, and exchange policy.
