DELIVERY INFORMATION

​When you buy from us we want to ensure your order arrives as fast as possible and in the same condition it left us.

We use Royal Mail to handle our UK and International deliveries. 

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), and any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Information

- Delivery to UK addresses is FREE as standard for all orders. They are sent via 1st class, with 1-2 days delivery.
(Upgraded from 2nd class for December)

- Delivery to non-UK addresses is charged from £5.

Sunday 21 December - Tracked24 Upgrade

Deliveries within The UK​

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next day aim but not guaranteed) - £5.00

- Royal Mail Special Delivery  Next Day Guaranteed by 1 pm (next day guaranteed) - £9.00
 


International Shipping Options

We currently ship internationally to:
Australia and New Zealand.

- Royal Mail International Standard (6–10 working days delivery) - £5.00
- Royal Mail International Tracked (5–7 working days delivery) - £11.00

Please note, these are estimated times, not guaranteed. Deliveries can sometimes take longer due to customs processing or local postal delays.

Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping on orders is automatically applied to all eligible orders with a UK delivery address.

Our free shipping service is sent as a 2nd Class Large Letter with Royal Mail.
Any orders over the value of £80 are shipped fully tracked with Tracked24 for FREE.

Additional Charges

Amber & Orange is not responsible for any additional charges that may be required on receipt of your order. Some examples of additional charges that are not the responsibility of Amber & Orange are; import duty, taxes, geographical surcharges, or redelivery fees. If you receive a request to pay an additional charge that you believe is due to the fault of Amber & Orange, please contact us via the form on the website or via help@amberandorange.co.uk.
